We are as much concerned as you about the conservation of the environment, and because of that we have replaced the single-use toiletries in your room with bulk dispensers.

Our fabulous entertainment team will be delighted to offer you a range of sporting and cultural activities, as well as evening shows which you can consult on our entertainment panel. We have different clubs available in order to adapt to the needs of all our guests.

Don't give up your training routine on holiday. Do your daily session without leaving the hotel. Reservation required at reception.

LATE CHECK OUT

We know how hard it is to see the time approaching when it is time to leave your room after you have enjoyed a pleasant stay. We have good news for you: you can delay your departure and enjoy a last swim in the pool, a relaxing lunch before leaving or a massage to end your holiday.

Ask for the Late Check-out option, check availability and extend your stay until 6:00 PM.

Choosing the right pillow can be tricky sometimes. So, if the current pillow on your bed is not satisfactory, you can always choose another one that really suits your needs.

BUTTERFLY

As its name implies, this butterfly-shaped pillow fits your neck and head perfectly while providing maximum comfort.

SQUARE

If you like to sleep face up, then this is your pillow. It will gently cover you with its soft and fluffy feel.

LÁTEX

Not too soft, not too hard. This pillow provides the perfect balance between comfort and firmness.

PREMIUM ALL INCLUSIVE

Full Board with drinks included (water, soft drinks, beer and/or wine).
Bar service from the opening until midnight (until 00:00 a.m. from 17/06 to 09/09 until 01:00 am): all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks excluding some products (special reserve beverages, special beers, cocktails, etc.), which will incur an additional cost.
Daily tapas from 12 noon until 3 p.m. at the bar/pool bar.
Crisps (Lay's al punto de sal, Bocabits and Pelotazos) and ice cream tubs from the opening of the bar/pool bar until its closing.
Afternoon snack from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. consisting of a sandwich and a piece of pastry or fruit —depending on the daily selection.
If you want to eat at the Beach Club (only available at certain hotels), you will have a 40% discount on the menu (offers excluded).

SAFE

We recommend using the in-room safe at your disposal. The insurance covers up to 1,500 € in case of theft. The hotel is not liable for the personal belongings and valuables left outside. Ask at Reception.

PETS

Your pet is also welcome in our establishment.

Only one (1) pet (dog or cat) is allowed, it must weigh a maximum of 25 kg.
On arrival we will ask for a supplement of 25€ for cleaning cost, +12€ for each night of stay.

Out of respect for other guests staying in the hotel, pets are not allowed in the common areas of the hotel and they must stay in the room. They will be expected to behave at all times and not cause any disruption to other hotel guests.
